Nina Packer is woman with a heart for God. She relies on the precepts of Proverbs 31 to guide her steps as a woman of excellence in ministry, motherhood, and the marketplace. Her life is multifaceted and fruitful because she is anchored by and employs her faith in all endeavors, seeking to live a life that honors and is pleasing to God. Nina's life verse is Proverbs 31:30-31, "Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised. Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise."

Nina established the Living My Blessed Life Devotional Blog in 2019 to provide daily doses of biblical encouragement for women via web based content. As an extension of the blog, she hosts quarterly events that bring women together to share their hearts in the word of God. The blog is anchored in the words of scripture in Matthew 5:1-16 from the Sermon on the Mount, the first sermon delivered by Jesus Christ.

Nina's commitment to the cause of Christ is a continuation of the legacy of fervent prayer, daily devotional study of the word of God, and faithful deeds rooted in her paternal grandmother's example.  Mrs. Willie M. Perry  served as the President of Missions and a cornerstone member of New Fellowship Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio in 1953, under the authority of her uncle--Rev. Arlanda L. Mays, Pastor and Founder.

Nina is a faithful and fervent servant member in the body of Christ. Her endeavors as a disciple of Christ are also blessed in the Atlanta community. Nina supports the innovation  and vitality of education by serving as a volunteer board member for charter and traditional K-12 public schools. She served from 2016-18 as a board member of Women After God’s Own Heart Ministry, a community ministry aimed at addressing the special concerns of females by presenting biblical principles and precepts in a manner by which they can mature spiritually and positively impact the community.

It is in her experiences as a mother to her two daughters, Nija and Maya Packer, that Nina has come to know God intimately. She acknowledges the miracles, mercy, and grace of God as they unfold every day in her life and the lives of her children whom she truly considers to be an inheritance from the Lord. Her parenting testimony is simply that she is “raising amazing”. By this she declares that with the highest and best intentions she is lavishly pouring love, encouragement, and care into her daughters, and yielding to the amazing grace of God so that He may yield from them the purpose established for their lives before they were formed in her womb. She gracefully and collaboratively parents her daughters with film and media executive Will Packer, to whom she was formerly married.

Nina Packer is a Godly presence and productive contributor in the marketplace as a philanthropic strategist, career educator for creative industries, and faith based career coach. As an entrepreneur, she has consulted with several well-known figures in entertainment, sports, and social impact to activate and anchor their endeavors by writing their visions for moving humanity forward, making them plain by creating action oriented strategic plans, and supporting them through various phases of growth and business development with executive coaching and operations management support.

Nina leveraged her entertainment industry relationships to bolster support for the establishment of the Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Degree program and the FAMU Institute for Research in Music and Entertainment Industry Studies at Florida A&M University in 2011. She has taught the required Practicum in Music Management course online since the program’s inception.  From 2016-18 as a certified teacher of Business and Marketing, she championed the effort to establish the Film and Media Magnet Program and the Sports and Entertainment Marketing CTAE Pathway at Mundy’s Mill High School in Clayton County Public Schools. In 2017 Nina facilitated the formation of the Rob and Shaun Hardy Amazing Stories Foundation and coordinated the launch of its career development program in 2019 to stimulate Georgia’s pipeline of diverse and high-quality film and television production talent in partnership with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta, the City of East Point, and Fulton Films.

Nina’s consistent desire is for God to create in her a clean heart and renew in her a right spirit so that she may be submissive to and content in His will, wise and discerning, and a shrewd manager in ministry, motherhood, and the marketplace toward the glory of God. Nina Packer holds a Master of Public Administration Degree in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University, and a B.S. in Business Education from Florida A&M University.
